(This standard applies only to self-storage facilities with direct vehicular access to interior storage spaces. K. For the purposes of calculating parking spaces:

1. There shall be a minimum requirement of one space for any use;

2. A fractional requirement of a parking space equal to or greater than 0.5 parking space shall be rounded to the next higher whole number;
