2.20.380 Director of Finance and City Clerk – Bond.

The Director of Finance and the City Clerk shall execute a bond as required by Government Code Section 36518. The City shall reimburse the Director of Finance and the City Clerk for the cost of the bond. (Ord. 1030 § 2(2), 2018; Ord. 296 § 3, 1963)
