A. “Street vendor” means any person, whether or not having regularly established place of business, for the conducting of which a license is required pursuant to other provisions of this title, engaging in the business of vending, selling or offering for sale any goods, wares, or merchandise from any portable stand within the City.

B. The license fee is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) per year; or, at the option of the licensee, seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per day for each person so engaged, with a minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 1030 § 2(4), 2018; Ord. 583 § 6, 1977)
