A. “Auctioneer” means any person not having a fixed place of business in the City engaged in selling at auction any real estate, goods, wares, materials, or merchandise, or any similar, kindred or related thing, for which a license fee is not specifically required under any other section of this title, providing that no additional fee is required of any person otherwise licensed to do business in the City personally carrying on an auction sale in the regular course of their business.

B. The license fee is two hundred eighty-three ($283.00) dollars per year; or, at the option of the licensee, twenty-one dollars ($21.00) per day. (Ord. 1062 § 14, 2022; Ord. 1030 § 2(4), 2018; Ord. 583 § 12, 1977; Ord. 265 § 72C (part), 1959)
