The license fee for coin-operated vending machines is as follows: a business license tax of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) plus:

Vending merchandise only:

When cost to operate is one cent ($0.01) – fifty cents ($0.50) per year per machine;

When cost to operate is two cents ($0.02) to nine cents ($0.09) – two dollars ($2.00) per year per machine;

When cost to operate is ten cents ($0.10) and over – five dollars ($5.00) per year per machine.

Amusements:
