As an additional remedy, any activities related to the personal cultivation of cannabis for either medicinal or nonmedicinal use that violate the provisions of this chapter are declared to be a public nuisance and may be subject to abatement as provided by Larkspur Municipal Code Chapter 9.24 and Sections 9.24.070 and 9.24.080.
