No person may use or operate any device to blow leaves, dirt or other debris off sidewalks, driveways, lawns or any other surfaces within residential properties in the City except between the hours of nine a.m. and five p.m. weekdays, and between the hours of ten a.m. and four p.m. on Saturdays.

No person may use or operate any device to blow leaves, dirt or other debris off sidewalks, driveways, lawns or any other surfaces on multifamily dwellings, municipal park areas, and commercial properties in the City except between the hours of seven a.m. and five p.m. weekdays, and between the hours of ten a.m. and four p.m. on Saturdays.

Use of any device to blow leaves, dirt or other debris off sidewalks, driveways, lawns or any other surfaces in any area of the City is prohibited on Sundays and federal holidays. (Ord. 1030 § 2(7), 2018; Ord. 1014 § 1, 2017)
