Any violation of this chapter is a public nuisance and an infraction and may be abated, charged, and penalized as provided for in this code and applicable law. Each instance of such a violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. The remedies provided for in this section shall be in addition to any other remedy or remedies or penalties provided in this code or any other law or ordinance.
